All This Takes is Time (Mentors and Volunteers) and Money to fuel the program:

Our annual budget is large and can run well into tens of thousands of dollars to cover machining, equipment, trips to the competition, community outreach costs etc. This does not include lab space, mentor’s compensations, or fees for classes. These are provided by NASA, volunteer efforts, and the School of Engineering of Santa Clara University, respectively.

Any Contribution from You Goes to Cover the Following:

    * Registration for the challenge
    * Registration for up to two regionals and the National competition
    * Paying for extra parts for the robot
    * Team travel to the National competition.

The Space Cookies, Team 1868 is an Equal Opportunity Team

There is no fee to be a Space Cookie. Any interested girl from any school is allowed to join the team, and we have an ethnic and cultural diversity that would be envy of any organization.  We invite your interest and consideration of sponsoring these wonderful girls.
